2. The Competition
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://rafflehero.co.uk/ (the “Website”).
2.2. Our competitions have a fun based question during the application process and we rely upon the alternative / free entry route for participation. Entry fees for online entries are payable each time you enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1. The competition will run from and include the opening, closing dates and time specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date and time” and “Closing Date and time” respectively. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.
3.2. A draw date will only be changed or extended in very exceptional and unavoidable circumstances beyond our control which make it necessary to do so.
3.3. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by the specified time on the Closing Date. Entries received after this time may be disqualified without a refund.
3.4. The maximum number of entries for the competition will be stated on the Website. Entries may be limited if this maximum is reached.
3.5. Entrants can enter each competition as many times as they wish until the maximum number of entries per user is reached and the total competition limit is met. Free entries must be submitted separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted and will count as a single entry. Entries cannot be made on someone else’s behalf.
3.6. To enter the competition online:
(a) Go to the Website and view the Competition Question.
(b) Select your answer to the Competition Question and required number of entries.
(c) Complete the checkout process and submit the online registration form.
(d) Complete the payment to receive your order confirmation.
(e) Repeat this process as many times as desired, up to the maximum number of tickets allowed per Entrant, or until the total quantity of tickets has been allocated. Only one account per Entrant is allowed. Entrants using multiple accounts or entering on behalf of others will forfeit their prize and potentially face a permanent ban.
3.7. All entries must be in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified without a refund.
3.8. The Promoter will confirm receipt of your entry and allocated ticket number(s) regardless of whether you entered the competition by post or paid entry.
3.9. The Promoter will not be responsible for competition entries that are incomplete, lost, or delayed, regardless of the cause.
3.10. By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.11. Free entry by post is available by following these conditions:
(a) Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by post to the Promoter at: RaffleHero LTD, Unit A, 82, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom..
(b) Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
(c) Include the following information:
(i) Your full name.
(ii) Your address.
(iii) A contact telephone number and email address.
(iv) The Competition you are entering and your answer to the Competition Question.
(v) Agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
(vi) A unique identifier on each entry, e.g., [date][initials]#1, [date][initials]#2, etc.
(d) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
(e) Multiple free entries are allowed, subject to any limits as displayed under each competition for both postal and paid and entries, who for the avoidance of doubt are both allowed the same number of entries to each competition, but each postal entry must be posted separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted and will count as a single entry.
(f) By entering, you confirm your eligibility and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
(g) Entries must be received by the Promoter by the date and time of the closing date of the competition. Proof of posting does not guarantee entry into the draw.
(h) The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry or confirm if your answer is correct.
(i) If the entry cap is reached before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the draw.
(j) A registered account on the Website is required for free entry processing. Details must match those on the account. Postal entries without a registered account cannot be processed.
(k) Postcard information must be hand-written by you. Entries made on behalf of others will not be accepted.
(l) Users will be notified of any prizes won via email which should be clearly stated in the postal entry. This includes instant win prizes along with main prizes.
(m) After the postal entry is received, the promotor will manually enter you into the raffle specified on the postal entry using the details you have provided. Once entered into the raffle you will get an email confirming that you have been entered into that raffle, if you have won an instant win prize you will be emailed automatically by our emailing system to state you have won.
4. Choosing a Winner
4.1. All Entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question will be placed into a draw, and the winner will be chosen randomly within 7 days of the Closing Date and time (“Draw Date”).
4.2. Entrant names and entry numbers may be included in a spreadsheet visible during the live draw. To opt out, contact [email protected] at least 48 hours before the live draw.

5. Eligibility
5.1. Our competitions are open to residents from England, Wales and Scotland aged 18 or over, except:
(a) Employees of the Promoter;
(b) Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter involved with the competition; or
(c) Immediate family or household members of the above.
5.2. By entering, you confirm your eligibility. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility and disqualify you if such proof is not provided in a reasonable time.
5.3. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
(a) Automatically generated by computer; or
(b) Incomplete.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate the spirit or intention of the competition, including rude or abusive conduct.
5.5. No entry fee refunds will be given, including if:
(a) You discover you are ineligible after entering;
(b) Eligibility criteria change post-entry and you are no longer eligible; or
(c) You are disqualified for any reason.
5.6. If an Entrant engages in:
(a) Any form of fraud;
(b) Fraudulent misrepresentation or concealment;
(c) Hacking or interference with the website; or
(d) Unauthorized code use on the website,
all their entries will be void, no refunds will be given, and they may be banned from future competitions.
6. The Prize
6.1. The prize for each competition is described on the Website (“Prize”). Details are correct to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge at the Opening Date.
6.2. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of cash of equivalent value.
6.3. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties about the Prize, its value, or condition. Information on the Website is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. If the Prize is a vehicle:
(a) The Promoter will ensure it comes with a valid MOT if required.
(b) No insurance is included; the Winner must insure the vehicle before public road use.
(c) The Winner is responsible for complying with laws and regulations related to the vehicle.
(d) No vehicle/road tax is included.
(e) The Winner must have and wear necessary safety equipment.
6.4. The Prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier (“Supplier”), with details on the Website.
6.5. The Promoter may substitute the Prize for a cash prize (“Cash Prize”) if:
(a) The Prize becomes unavailable;
(b) Other circumstances make it necessary.
6.6. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
7. Winners
7.1. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.2. The Winner’s full name will be announced during the live draw. To have your name censored, contact [email protected] in advance.
7.3. The Promoter will contact the winner using the provided contact details. If uncontactable, unavailable, or the Prize is unclaimed within 21 days, the winner will be re-drawn from all correct entrants of that competition by the same random selection method as the original winner. The process continues until a winner accepts the Prize.
7.4. The Promoter must publish information indicating a valid award. The Winner’s full name and town/county of residence will be published on the Website.
7.5. To object to your details being published, contact [email protected] before the Closing Date. The Promoter must still provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1. You must claim the Prize personally. Third-party claims are not allowed. Delivery or collection details are available on the Website or upon request. We will contact you to arrange the free delivery of your Prize to the address in Great Britain as stated on your account.
8.2. Notify the Promoter of any changes to your personal details. Send notifications to [email protected] with competition details, old and new details. If your details change within 10 days of the Closing Date and time, the Promoter will use your old details.
8.3. Any Cash Prize will be transferred to the Winner’s bank account. The Winner must prove they are the sole or joint account beneficiary. Failure to do so within 14 days results in disqualification and forfeiture, and the Prize may be offered to the next eligible Entrant.
8.4. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury from claiming the Prize, except in the case of negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.5. If the Winner rejects the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to offer it to another person.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not have any liability to you or any Winner in connection with or arising from any Draw howsoever caused, including costs, expenses, damages and any other liabilities, provided that nothing in this clause shall limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. Our total maximum aggregate liability to each Winner shall be limited to the total value of any one Prize. Our total maximum aggregate liability for non-winners shall be limited to the amount paid to enter the Draw.
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for any:
(a) losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when these Terms were formed;
(b) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part;
(c) business losses; and
(d) losses to non-consumers.
10. Data Protection and Publicity
10.1. The Promoter will use your personal information only for competition administration, contacting you for claims, and as explained in these terms and our Privacy Policy.
10.2. By entering the competition, you agree to the use of your name and image in promotional materials. You agree to participate in reasonable publicity as requested by the Promoter.
10.3. If you object to any or all of your name, county, and winning entry being published or made available, contact [email protected]. If required by law or advertising standards, the Promoter must provide details to regulatory authorities, even if you object.
10.4. If you are the Winner of the competition, you agree to allow the Promoter to use your personal data for promotional purposes. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the Promoter.

11. General
11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest terms and conditions are always available on the Website.
11.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given on the Website.
11.3. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in full force and effect.
11.4. These terms are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.5. The contract is between you and the Promoter. No other person has any rights to enforce its terms.
11.6. If the Promoter does not enforce any right under these terms, it does not mean it has waived that right.
11.7. The headings in these terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
11.8. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and you regarding the competition. They supersede any prior written or oral agreements.
