RaffleHero is a skill-based competition site where users can participate (online or by post) in raffles for tech prizes and cash rewards by answering skill-based questions.

To enter, simply choose a raffle, decide between online entry or free postal entry. For online entry, answer the skill-based question, and purchase your tickets through our website.  All of our competitions offer a free entry route. Yes, all participants must be 18 years or older to enter any RaffleHero competition.

No, RaffleHero is a skill-based competition site which offers a free postal entry route or a online entry route for all of our competitions. Therefore it does not fall under gambling regulations.

Winners are randomly selected from those who answer the skill-based question correctly. Instant win prizes may also be available.

Some raffles offer instant win prizes, meaning you can win other items instantly after purchasing a ticket online or after your ticket number has been assigned from free postal entry. These are separate to the main prize which happens at the very end of the raffle. 

Winners will be notified via email and must confirm their prize selection or delivery details. Instant win prizes are sent automatically.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, as the competition begins once entries are made.

All RaffleHero competitions are conducted fairly and transparently, and results are available after the draw. 

Cash prize amounts will be displayed under the relevant cash competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of cash of equivalent value.

If a competition offers a cash alternative for an item, the cash alternative amount will be displayed under the relevant competition.

Cash prizes will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s account, which will be confirmed after the draw.

The limit of tickets is set per raffle. This is stated on the product page when entering the raffle. 

We accept most major debit/credit cards and are setting up with DNA Payments to securely process your transactions.

If you win a raffle, we will notify you via email. You can also check the winners list on the RaffleHero website after the draw.

When you enter one of our raffles for free RaffleHero staff will use the details you have provided to enter you into the raffle which you have specified. Once we have done this you will receive an email just like an online entry specifying your ticket number. Please refer to point 3.11 in our terms and conditions for all the details you need to send. 

After we receive your postal entry, we will manually enter you into the raffle specified on the postal entry using the details you have provided. Once entered into the raffle you will get an email confirming that you have been entered into that raffle, if you have won an instant win prize you will be emailed automatically by our emailing system to state you have won.

Yes, A registered account on the Website is required for free entry processing. Details must match those on the account. Postal entries without a registered account cannot be processed. Register an account here for free
